Assembly and requirements:
RCOMP can be installed anywhere that provides a +12V or +24V power supply. The available functions depend on the signals connected to the device. For detailed information, refer to the Gauges & Requirements section in the User Manual.
RCOMP vs UTCOMP-PRO:
RCOMP does not include a dedicated display. Instead, all information is displayed on an Android device via the RCOMP Android application. A display connected via CAN-Bus will be available in the future. RCOMP offers more analog and digital inputs, allowing you to connect a greater number of additional sensors. RCOMP supports OBD2 communication via CAN-Bus, providing better integration with your vehicle's sensors. RCOMP features a second CAN-Bus interface for communication with other devices, expanding its functionality and connectivity options. RCOMP boasts a more advanced alert system and an enhanced data logger, offering superior customization and performance monitoring capabilities.

UTCOMP-PRO Data-Logger
Data Logger is based on UTCOMP-PRO All in One Gauge from REVELTRONICS:
- It allows to record up to 10 parameters from sensors with maximum sampling 10sampl/s (10Hz) for each parameter

Transceivers Programming Tools for SFP QSFP XFP and OSFP
Programming optical transceivers requires Transceiver Adapter and REVELPROG-IS programmer. Transceiver Adapter is a hardware board for transceivers in form factor of SFP / QSFP / OSFP / XFP and REVELPROG-IS is programming tool which allows for reading and writing internal memory of these modules.
We offer few adapter boards for transceiver coding depends on user needs. The simplest one is SFP Adapter which has single connector (without cage) just for SFP/SFP+ modules. The most popular SFP QSFP XFP Adapter has in total 3 connectors compatible with SFP, SFP+, SFP28, SFP112, QSFP, QSFP+, QSFP28 and XFP form factors. Latest SFP-DD QSFP-DD OSFP Adapter supports also DoubleDensity modules (SFP-DD and QSFP-DD), old XFP standard is replaced with newer OSFP connector and USB-B is replaced with USB-C so it can deliver more current to transceivers with higher power class. In two last adapters all logic signals from sockets are connected to external pins which allows e.g. enable TX/RX optics, configure hardware speed, force hardware reset etc. Additionaly all 3 sockets are equipped with metal cages.
Each adapter requires power supply connection (via USB) and external programmer in order to reprogram internal memory. REVELPROG-IS is serial programmer and allows also programming optical transceivers in MSA Standard, e.g. SFF-8472 (SFP / SFP+), SFF-8436 / SFF-8636 (QSFP / QSFP+ / QSFP28), INF-8077i (XFP) or latest CMIS specification (SFP+, SFP-DD, QSFP+, QSFP-DD and OSFP modules). Special features allows to enter manufacturer / host password and program write protected transceivers, brute force password (searching password for protected transceivers with unknown password), change manufacturer info, model, serial number etc. and recalculate checksums directly from REVELPROG-IS application. In paged transceivers (with additional pages in internal memory) there is possibility to access to any memory area just by switching banks/pages in user interface. EGT-K Thermocouple Amplifier 0-5V (Type-K)
EGT-K is a precision thermocouple amplifier providing high accuracy temperature measurement in range of 0-1250°C. It converts thermocouple type-k non-linear milivolts signal to 0-5V linear (4mV/°C) analog output so it's compatible with most industrial applications and data-loggers. It has built-in cold junction compensation so any length wires can be used. EGT-K is available in single, dual or quad channel variant.

- automotive gauges and data-loggers - as a conditioner for exhaust temperature (EGT) measurements, coolant, brakes etc. (working with REVELTRONICS UTCOMP & UTCOMP-PRO, AEM EMS, GReddy e-MANAGE, Motec, Stack, ACR systems, HRC etc.)
- industrial applications (which require 0-5V linear signal on input),
- oven temperature measurements and control,

Please note: thermocouple type-K should be connected directly to EGT-K terminals. If you would like to use extension cable for thermocouple than it should be from the same alloy's material as thermocouple. Using any other alloy will cause measurement error on instruments reading.

Universal Trip Computer (UTCOMP) developed and manufactured by Reveltronics (Telwis) is an on-board computer designed for motor vehicles. It has useful functions such as: thermometer (temperatures measurement inside and outside vehicle), fuel consumption measurement (average and real-time), velocity, distance and accelerations measurement, voltmeter and much more. It has also more advanced functions for more advanced users, e.g. AFR, vacuum and boost gauges, analog signal inputs (e.g from O2 lambda sensor) and more. UTCOMP takes information from main sensors then process data and sends to LCD or OLED screen with user friendly interface. Assembly and requirements:
UTCOMP can be installed in most vehicles with electronic fuel injection (most cars since '92). UTCOMP is compatible with petrol, petrol + gas (lpg) and some diesel engines. There are basic skills required for assembly. Level of difficulty depends on how many functions do you want to have. Common-Rail to PWM (CR-PWM) Signal Converter
CR-PWM is a signal coverter for common-rail electromagnetic injectors. It gets injection control signal as a input, and gives injection timing (PWM) as a output.
Example of use: injection timing calculation in diesel common-rail engine (signal conversion to PWM in BOSCH electromagnetic injectors):

REVELPROG-IS serial programmer for EEPROM, FLASH, FRAM
REVELPROG-IS is a professional tool for serial memory programming. It supports wide range of EEPROM, FLASH and FRAM devices with I2C, SPI, 1-Wire and MICROWIRE (uWire) protocols powered with 1.0V - 5.0V voltage levels. It has integrated ZIF socket (for THT devices) and SOIC socket (for SMD devices). It has also connector for in-circuit serial programming (ICSP) with buffered I/O. Due to USB 2.0 interface memory operations are incredibly fast.

Application interface is user-friendly. It has all buffer editor functions and also additonal features commonly used in car electronics and IT, such as swap-bytes, calculate checksums, saving changes to external files (as patterns), custom scripts maker for I2C/SPI (bus pirate), SFP editor etc. All main functions can be run directly from shortcut icons:

Updates:
Updates are free of charge. Update consist of software update (pc application) and firmware update (software inside the device). Latest software can be downloaded directly from our webpage. You will be informed by the software about possible updates after connecting out of date device.

UTCOMP-PRO & UTCOMP-3 all in one gauges
UTCOMP-PRO developed and manufactured by REVELTRONICS is a multifunctional measurement device (all in one gauge with OLED display). There is possibility to connect external sensors such as: temperature sensors (e.g. for oil, engine, gearbox, intercooler etc.), pressure senders (e.g. for boost, oil and fuel pressure), wideband O2 controller for air fuel ratio (AFR), exhast gas gemperature (EGT) etc. Multi-channel readings and stock sensors are also supported. Customizable alert system and built-in data-logger extends device functionality. Furthermore it has also trip computer functionality with vehicle speed, distance and fuel consumption measurements, inspection (service) settings and much more. UTCOMP-3 is a simplified version of UTCOMP-PRO with similar functionality, but with smaller display (LCD or OLED), less analog inputs for sensors and without additional memory for data-logging. Both computers are equipped with USB interface so it can be configured in many ways via dedicated PC software.

Assembly and requirements:
UTCOMP can be installed in any place with +12V/24V power supply. Available functions depends on vehicle's engine and available sensors - please check pages 8-9 in short version of manual for functions and requirements.
UTCOMP-3 and UTCOMP-PRO:
One of the UTCOMP's advantage is modular structure. Display and module are connected using ribbon tape. UTCOMP module can be hidden under the dashboard while display can be assembled in front of the dashboard. You can choose different modules and diffrent displays. Main elements of UTCOMP KIT are:
- UTCOMP-3 or UTCOMP-PRO control unit module,
- LCD or OLED display,
- accessories (ribbon tape for display, utcomp molex connector, keyboard, buzzer, sensors etc.)
